Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, provide information on our swim programs, and follow up with potential customers.
• Meet monthly sales goals with friendly and persuasive communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services. 
• Exceptional phone skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• 18 years or older 
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in sales 
• Passion for swim education and safety.
