Watermelon Swim is seeking individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, goal driven and excellent communicators to work in our call center. We offer a great opportunity to earn an exceptional base pay plus commission while working a consistent weekly schedule of weekday shifts (morning and evening) and one Saturday or Sunday morning shift.

Our melontastic Call Center Representatives are generally responsible for:

· Enrolling new clients.

· Assisting existing clients with scheduling, questions, or concerns.

· Meeting monthly sales goals.

Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:

· Must have previous sales experience and demonstrated customer service skills.

· Persuasive communication skills.

· Ability to build relationships with clients and teammates.

· Knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Bilingual candidates preferred but not required.
