We are looking for an amazing Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

Core Competencies:
- Minimum of 1-year dental front office experience
- Experience with presenting treatment plans and finance options
- Exceptional phone experience
- CPR Certification
- Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Essential Functions:
- Excellent phone answering/communication skills
- Confidence with scheduling patients
- Confidence discussing financing options
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Impeccable organization for record keeping
- A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
- Proficiency in insurance, billing, payments and scheduling
- A willingness to assist in multiple areas of the practice
