Lee Health is Seeking a Regional Medical Director of Primary Care This is a 50% Clinical, 50% Administrative opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The right candidate will have a passion for patient care with experience in a leadership role as either a site lead or medical director. This Regional Medical Director is a key component in driving the "front door" strategy for the organization and enhancing our Primary Care footprint throughout Lee County. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading practice meetings, coaching for quality, delivering information and feedback, establishing open lines of communication with physicians and APPs.
