International Center for Health and Wellness is Hiring a Medical Front Office Receptionist Near Fort Myers, FL

Be a part of the most exciting Functional Medicine practice in Fort Myers! We are a Christian medical practice caring for very sick patients from all over the US with Biotoxin Illness (CIRS) due to the mold and bacterial toxins in water damaged buildings. You can be a part of restoring these patients to life, many of whom have been sick for years.

We need a part time Medical Front Office Receptionist to work together with our existing staff and Alan Gruning, DO. The hours are Monday-Wednesday 10-7 and Thursday 10-3. You will help check in patients for the physician and APRN,both in person and online. You will be a part of the administrative team to contact patients, coordinate testing, schedule appointments, collect payments, answer calls and emails, provide answers about our practice and treatment protocol, and fill in where needed.

We anticipate this to be a 24-30 hours/week position. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with our very sick patients. Medical front office experience is required. You must be good with technology, such as EHR systems. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
