Watchmen Security Services is Hiring a Project Team Manager Near Raytown, MO
- Lead and Manage the current team of 3 Project Coordinators/Managers
- Help hire, train, lead, manage, and grow a team into the future
- Ensure our customers have a seamless installation experience
- Ensure our projects come in on time and on budget
- Build and hold relationships with key stakeholders including clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Highly engaging office environment similar to an NBC mockumentary
- Occasional site visits to manage projects and customer relationships
- Strong, Positive, People-Centric Culture
- High accountability, hunger for growth and feedback, open and honest communication
- 1 years of experience in Project Management is preferred.
- 1 years in a leadership role is preferred. Does not need to be professional. Work, school, volunteer, church, direct sales, etc. Leadership is influence, not a position.
- Construction or low-voltage industry experience is preferred, but not required.
