```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and providing support to students. ```Duties``` - Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans - Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development - Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed - Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance - Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students ```Qualifications``` - Experience working with students or children in an educational setting - Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus - Strong literacy education skills to support reading and writing development - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with daycare or childcare procedures and regulations - Ability to assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation - Basic math skills to support early childhood numeracy development - Understanding of child development principles and best practices We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
