Job Objective

The role of Videographer, Creative Design plays an essential role in supporting the department’s visual identity, marketing, eCommerce, and Social Media footprint. This position will assist in all elements of the department’s outward-facing image to ensure that the department runs to its maximum profitability and effectiveness in a dynamically changing industry.

Position responsibilities include video content creation processes including conception, production and editing for use in product pages, social media, YouTube and special project campaigns. The pace is fast moving and dynamic, and there is a requirement for outstanding performance delivery against the required business KPIs to ensure seamless support service to benefit internal partners and external clients.

This person will be required to ensure that operating processes and procedures are maintained and continually improved upon to ensure a highly productive and customer-orientated business. You will support all aspects of the brand’s visual identity and collaborate with all internal team members and counterparts elsewhere in the organization to ensure a high-functioning team for the Vintage and Pre-Owned Department.

Responsibilities

• This role includes becoming an expert in all Analog:Shift and Watches of Switzerland operating procedures and policies and coaching others to become experts in their field.
• This person will work as part of the department team in the showroom driving compliance and standards.
• All department videography, social media strategy, inventory process control, and special projects.
• Responding to the constantly evolving needs of a dynamic industry in support of department needs.
• Assist in the creation all elements of the brand’s visual identity and public-facing persona.
• Oversee the timely and accurate balancing of operational functions inclusive of eCommerce procedures and social media strategy.
• Maintain organized archive of digital assets.
• Maintain thorough understanding of all policies, procedures and processes.
• Provide comprehensive reporting to department leads.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience

• Creative direction in a related luxury lifestyle business.
• Extensive experience in product videography, lifestyle videography and social media.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literacy including product photography, videography, editing software, and social media tools.

Salary: $90,000 annually
