Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Ethanol Production Manager to oversee our ethanol manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production activities and ensuring efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines
- Monitor ethanol production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production output
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff
- Implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide written reports on plant production
- Maintain adequate records on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc.
Skills:
- Experience in the production of ethanol
- Experience in managing ethanol staffing
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
