POSITION DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Project Manager-Field Services Group
Reports To: Director of Projects
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Dallas, Tx or Remote
Summary
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assist Business Development group with market insights and initiatives.
· Provide Nuclear power plant operational understanding to develop and implement WCS service offering.
· Support waste management services during Projects and NPP decommissioning.
· Facilitate/perform characterization of nuclear waste.
· Perform DOT and NRC waste package evaluations and plans.
Specific Responsibilities
· Provide project and D&D Waste Management Technical Support (characterization support/overview, waste flow management, packaging plans, etc.) for multiple customers.
· ELITE or other information system tools development or enhancements (Customer experience enhancements).
· D&D planning support.
· Remote and customer site shipping support.
· Support/initiate waste characterization analysis and studies.
· Support/initiate waste transportation analysis and plans.
· Participate in customer sales calls and meetings.
· Contribute to developing service definition to various customers.
· Participate/lead/conduct waste service coordination at customer facilities.
· Ensure quality and effective communication with customers and WCS functional departments.
· Attending various conferences.
· Maintain up to date industry understanding.
· Provide high quality technical and management reports.

Education and/or Experience
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to
deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet software,
information systems tools, and inventory software.

· Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
· Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.

· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to work in a general office environment and travel is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level when visiting the worksite is usually loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may receive occupational exposures to ionizing radiation that are As Low As is Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) and within regulatory limits. Work is conducted outdoors in hot, cold, windy, rainy, and snowy weather. Occasional exposure to heavy equipment noise.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
