REQUIRED CRITERIA:

Associate’s degree in computer-related field or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing relevant information technology services
Exceptional customer focused service skills
In addition to demonstrating strong technical skills in Windows 10, basic networking skills (wired and wireless), and experience in troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, scanners, projectors, peripherals, and mobile technologies are essential
Ability to prioritize daily tasks with long-term projects and work in a fast paced environment
Effective oral and written communication skills
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate will with students, staff, administration, parents and the community
Strong analytical, organizational, process, and problem-solving skills
Accomplished in problem identification and problem-solving techniques relating to the use of supported end-user hardware, software, and peripherals
Ability to work with staff and students
Self-starter and self-learner
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director of Information Technology may deem appropriate
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb/work on OSHA approved ladders, carry/move equipment
