REQUIRED CRITERIA:
NJ Principal’s certification
Previous leadership experience
Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
Skill in organizational management, program evaluation, supervision, leadership, staff development, communication, budget management, fostering a safe and secure learning environment, and developing and implementing a vision for school improvement
Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, support staff, and school community members.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
PREFERRED CRITERIA:
Elementary teaching experience
Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
Experience with Danielson observation instrument
Experience with Genesis SIS
