- Salary determined in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement between the Washington Township Board of Education and the Washington Township Principals’ Association
- 12 month
- 21 vacation days per year
- 12 sick days per year
- 5 personal days year
- Retirement plans available
- Tuition reimbursement available
- Health benefits available
- NJ Principal’s certification
- Previous leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
- Skill in organizational management, program evaluation, supervision, leadership, staff development, communication, budget management, fostering a safe and secure learning environment, and developing and implementing a vision for school improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, support staff, and school community members.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Elementary teaching experience
- Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Experience with Danielson observation instrument
- Experience with Genesis SIS
