**Description**
**Responsibilities (Essential Functions):**
* Oversees and executes administrative support for the mall office
* Assist Office Administrator with tenant gross sales reports
* Assists in the organizing and execution of mall events
* Answers main office telephone, transfers calls to appropriate parties, takes messages
* Orders mall management office supplies
* Creates letters and correspondence for Mall Manager and other members of mall management team as directed
* Assists Marketing with marketing activities related to events
* Receives and directs mall contractors
* Assist mall office visitors as needed
* Additional duties as assigned
**Skills (Desired Abilities):**
* Good computer skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of office practices and accounting principles
* Ability to deal effectively with customers, contractors, tenants, and the public
**Qualifications (Education and Experience):**
* High school diploma
* Previous experience in office administration
* 1-3 years administrative experience in customer service, event planning for retail position.
* Regular, predictable attendance
* Ability to work in stressful environment
* Ability to work peacefully with co-workers
* Punctuality
* Performs duties on other job duties as assigned
