Washington Health System is Hiring a Graduate Medical Education Coordinator Near Washington, PA
The Graduate Medical Education Coordinator under limited supervision performs secretarial and administrative assignments of confidential nature that requires considerable experience and knowledge. Manages daily office operations and maintains systems of record keeping that support organization, regulatory and accrediting requirements. Coordinates specialized departmental activities based upon advanced knowledge of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates administrative functions of the residency program.
- Performs secretarial and clerical duties for the program director and associates.
- Provides secretarial services to program residents.
- Assists in coordinating and scheduling program activities, included but not limited to the following: interviews, evaluations, preceptor groups, and master schedules.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM. Occasional evenings for special events. No weekends or holidays!
