POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for Interfaith staff. Provide both direct billable services and non-billable training, consultation, and early intervention/prevention services. Participate in meetings and coordination with Washburn Center and Interfaith teams. Collect and assess data on client progress. Independent Licensure at LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT required. Skilled in children’s mental health diagnostic assessment and treatment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Treatment – Clinicians, working in collaboration with the Interfaith staff and Washburn Center Leadership provide a combination of the following services within Interfaith offices/locations, clients’ homes, and across the community, as agreed upon with the Interfaith staff and the Washburn Center supervisor, including:
§ Conduct diagnostic assessments (DA) and share feedback with client/family
§ Collaborate with client/family on treatment plan that incorporates DA results
§ Provide individual and family therapy
§ Provide care coordination, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals working with the client
§ Create a discharge plan
This Interfaith Clinician will be supporting waitlists and other therapeutic needs for the Interfaith staff and programming. This could result in a weekly expectation, however it will be structured based on an agreed upon mix of services with Interfaith based on needs of children and staff.
Consultation Services - Clinicians will also provide consultation services as agreed upon with the Interfaith and the Washburn Center supervisor, including:
§ Facilitate groups for children, families and caregivers
§ Provide care coordination, including collaboration with caregivers, Interfaith staff, and other agencies
§ Provide staff consultation, training, and support
§ Attend collaboration and planning meetings with Interfaith staff, program directors, and grant coordinators to review the status of the program and manage referrals in order to facilitate program development and the coordination of the program at Interfaith
Documentation - Clinicians will be expected to maintain required documentation as specified in our Clinical Policy Manual, including:
§ Diagnostics assessments
§ Treatment plans
§ Progress notes
§ Outcome measures
§ Discharge summaries
\nSalary Range $60,000 - $75,000 Depending on experience and licensure status.
