We are looking for a candidate to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for multiple companies within the Wasatch Group. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding great employees.
In this role you will:
  • Organize and manage recruiting for multiple companies, including working with different management styles and needs.
  • Create brand awareness for multiple companies.
  • Perform active recruiting including holding job fairs, doing outreach, and sourcing passive candidates on multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Including assisting with the creation of job descriptions as needed.
  • Work with schools throughout Utah to develop relationships with faculty and students to find fresh talent and help build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with management to develop internship programs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate mediums.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes for various technical and management positions.
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience (review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate in-person interviews, and manage reference checks).
  • Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements to assist management with decision making.
  • Convert passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
  • Stay current on market trends and innovative sourcing practices.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Any additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management
  • Self-motivated, passionate and hungry to make a significant impact
  • Team player.
  • Able to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
  • Passionate about helping connect with their dream jobs and have a proven track record of successful hires.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (
    structured
    , competency-based, stress etc).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (
    phone interviewing
    , reference check etc).
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
