Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the recruitment life cycle process from sourcing strategy through final selection of candidates, working as liaison between hiring managers, HR team, agencies, search firms and candidates
Provide full cycle recruiting support for assigned Hiring Managers
Interface will all levels of management to support hiring needs
Serve as an expert on employment and recruiting practices by building strong relationships with various teams and hiring managers
Provide training to managers and others involved in the hiring processes as needed
Engage all employees and managers in the continual search for talent
Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times
Develop and manage recruiting programs including on-campus, internships, off-site efforts (i.e., job fairs, trade shows, etc.)
Maintain and implement the hiring processes of internal candidates, minimizing administrative time and efforts while ensuring placement of high-quality candidates
Provide creative sourcing plans to include traditional, networking and web-based strategies
Proactively identify areas for improvement
Subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus)
Job Specifications
Thorough knowledge of and strong skills in a variety of computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required
Ability to learn new technology and adapt to a new environment
Strong analytical, administration and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
One - two years of recruiting experience for all levels of management
