This position is a administrative position that gives you the opportunity to be in a family enviornment making difference in the lives of the residents. You would play a key part in enhancing the residents quality of life through clinical nursing as well the psycosocial aspect o their lives through activities. Responsibilities include heading the nursing department which will include training staff, offerring support for the nursing staff, hiring, staff accountability, buiding staff moral, resident care, referal approvals, communication with families, nursing department budgeting, communication with pysicians, and scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
