Role Description
We are looking for a very motivated individual to spearhead our pursuit of the Las Vegas market. We have established markets and full back-office support, making your role as easy as possible.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Warren Reed Insurance, Inc. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will be primarily based in a Las Vegas office, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Duties: - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends - Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and coverage details - Process policy changes, claims, and renewals accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong sales and negotiation abilities - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
