As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative at TrueCut Insurance LLC, you'll be part of a team that values positivity, collaboration, and customer-centric service. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-energy work environment, where growth opportunities and substantial bonus potential await driven individuals. As we strive to achieve milestones such as reaching 50 policies per month and progressing to 75 policies per month, there is potential for bonus increases averaging approximately $6,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Immediately follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives.
• Close sales effectively.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Skillfully address client objections and concerns, utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections, ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have/will obtain an Ohio Property and Casualty License.
• Quick learner and adaptive to changes in carriers.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Office applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; team player with a goal-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
