We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant with the Circulation Department at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library! As a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant, you will be the friendly face that greets our customers, assists them with their library needs, and ensures they have a positive experience during their visit. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and promoting library services and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Comfortable with basic computer operations and a willingness to learn library-specific software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous library or customer service experience is desirable but not required.
