We are seeking a Customer Service Representative located near the Warren, OH area to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a background in an industrial setting or steel shop environment. You will be working on a Mon-Fri schedule on day shift.

Customer Service Duties:

• Field customer calls and emails
• Assist customers with various steel products
• Enter orders based off customer needs.
• Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Customer Service Requirements:

• Strong computer skills
• Experience in steel product work environments is a plus
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office
