Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate logs and basic written records of work performed * Interact with customers * Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings * Perform skilled and semi-skilled activities in the water damage restoration and mold remediation industry, depending on assignment * Available on-call for after hours and emergency situations, as needed Requirements: * Excellent communication skills in which you can effectively communicate with others in a timely, professional and positive manner * Organized and dependable and able to manage to a schedule * Clean driving record * Neat and clean in appearance * Able to lift 50 lbs * Flexibility for after hour and/or on call emergency work IICRC certifications 2 years of experience as a water mitigation, fire and mold remediation technician * General construction / repair work experience Career Benefits: * Start off earning $15/hr - $27/hr, depending on experience * 4 Tech Level Growth Plan * Paid personal time off plus holiday time off * Career growth potential * Sign on bonus up to $500 if currently certified through IICRC Warren Restoration provided the following inclusive hiring information: We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
