Full Job Description

Dietary Aide's responsibilities.
 Set up tables or other areas
 Prepare meals under supervision of cook
 Deliver dishes and trays to floors
 Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
 Discard leftovers and take out the garbage.
 Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
 Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
 Ensure food stocks are full and replace when needed.
 Prepare meals maintaining quality and good sanitation.
 Other duties as assigned.
 Previous experience in the kitchen
 Thorough knowledge of safety guidelines and sanitation
 Good communication skills
 Ability to cooperate and work in a team'
 Ability to work efficiently and quickly
 Ability to stand for long periods
