Warners’ Stellian, the Midwest’s retail appliance specialist, is expanding into the Kansas City market. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the inaugural Kansas City team to grow our brand, with the support of a full team with a long history of success in the Twin Cities and Des Moines marketplaces. You will be calling on builders, remodelers, architects, and interior designers to refer clients to our experienced inside sales staff at our new retail store in Leawood, opening in June.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Identify and build customer relationships with companies in the building trades within your sales territory
• Generate and manage sales leads from cold calls, referrals, and networking
• Collaborate closely with our experienced inside sales representatives in the store to ensure a seamless experience for your customers
• Attend various functions for building trades
• related organizations
• Participate in trade shows
• Represent the Building Trades division of Warners’ Stellian with professionalism and ethics

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• Proven sales success
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong time management to be successful in our fast-paced industry
• Appliance sales experience or product knowledge is preferred
• Intermediate level computer skills, able to learn and utilize our internal software programs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
