What you will do:

• In this role, you will work a fast paced environment acting as dispatch and having clerical work
• Utilize routing software to build efficient Field Repair Technician routes
• Schedule customer repair appointments
• Make necessary scheduling adjustments to accommodate cancellations and add-ons
• Complete administrative duties including emails, phone calls, research, and keeping work area organized and clean

Job Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service, administrative assistant, or logistics responsibility

Salary: $21-$22/hr
