• Job Description: The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in our operations, handling various tasks related to the prepping, shipping, receiving, storing, and fulfillment of orders for transponders and tolling equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack and meticulously inspect goods received against purchase orders or invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment according to established guidelines.
• Conduct final quality control checks to maintain our high standards before shipping out all orders.
• Inspect stock and efficiently distribute materials within the inventory system.
• Perform warehouse and inventory control processes, including auditing, cycle counting, and conducting physical inventory checks.
• Execute inventory transactions systematically with precision and timeliness, including returning materials to stock as needed.
• Assist with data entry tasks and handle exceptions or expedited orders as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs comfortably.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, and printers.
• Familiarity with navigating internet-based system screens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Order fulfillment: 1 year (Preferred)
• computers, copiers, scanners, and printers.: 1 year (Preferred)
