Have you ever been described as a "baby whisperer"? Then we'd like to meet you! We are seeking an experienced Teacher to care for our adorable infants and toddlers. This is the perfect position for an outgoing, energetic person who loves to create a warm, welcoming experience for babies/toddlers at different developmental stages.
Our nursery has a 1:4 ratio for infants 6 weeks to 17 months which requires 1 to 2 Infant Teachers depending on the number of babies we have visiting us. This position currently involves co-teaching with another Infant Teacher in the nursery or caring for toddlers on our main floor.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
* Must have high school diploma or GED
* Prior licensed child care experience (minimum 1 year) with infants from newborn to toddler age
* Ability to independently implement company and licensing standards
* Highly responsible and history of good attendance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good physical condition, active lifestyle & the ability to lift 40 lbs
* Has reliable transportation
* Neat, professional appearance
* Clear background check, CPR/First Aid, Food Handler
