We are looking for talented managers for travel to Rodeos and local events across Texas as well as some nationally. You may also fill-in at our locations around San Antonio, TX and help in our Boerne, TX headquarters. We are located in areas where there is strong tourist traffic. Our stores offer a friendly shopping experience in a warm and family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that will bring repeat customers.
• Supervise the daily operations of the store.
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

The ideal manager will have the following traits.

• Team-oriented with a can do attitude.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven Leadership experience from sales-driven environments
• Capable of standing and walking around during scheduled hours
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent at delivering a positive customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
