Janitorial | Baton Rouge
- Clean office.
- Clean all common area interiors including baths.
- Clean laundry room and fitness room.
- Make-ready cleaning.
- Clean all pool areas, arrange and clean furniture.
- Pick up all visible trash in all common areas.
- Clean up and hose around all dumpster areas.
- Detail buildings (handrails, lights, windows and frames) as assigned.
- Detail building exteriors (sweep and remove cobwebs, dirt, leaves, trash and cigarette butts)
- Weed and clean landscaping around pool, office and model.
- Clean all curbs, drive and sidewalks -remove grass, dirt, debris, etc.
- Monitor community for liability issues and immediately notify Manager of any concerns.
- Experienced in general janitorial work.
- Knowledge and ability to clean stoves, refrigerators, floors, exterior buildings, light fixtures, toilets.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment and applications.
- Physical ability to perform duties (picking up, bending, stretching, walking up stairs, lifting, carrying required equipment and supplies).
- Ability to read and interpret written directions, operational and procedure manuals. Ability to write job-related reports.
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and other Team Members.
- Commitment to producing high quality work through attention to detail as well as the scheduled quantity of work necessary to meet deadlines.
- Understand the importance of working with all on-site employees as a Team Member by being punctual and dependable in meeting work schedules
