Position Overview :Omex Special Event Janitorial Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation standards of event venues are upheld before, during, and after events. This position requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks with event organizers and other staff members.
- Pre-Event Preparation:
- Ensure all designated areas are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies before the event.
- Set up trash and recycling bins in strategic locations.
- Check and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, seating areas, and other public spaces.
- Event Support:
- Monitor and clean high-traffic areas throughout the event to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Attend to spills, stains, and other cleaning emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with event attendees and staff.
- Post-Event Cleanup:
- Conduct a thorough cleanup of the entire venue once the event concludes.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with venue policies and local regulations.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, seating areas, floors, and any other surfaces as needed.
- Inspect the venue for any damages and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:
