Description
As a Walts Retail Sales Associate you will transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store, you're the person who guides them through their shopping experience. As the expert on consumer electronics, you create inspiration, enthusiasm and excitement about our products.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work the following Mon/Tues/Fri 830p-6p Sat 930a-6p and Sun 930a-5p (off Tues/Wed) work week is between 40-45 hrs.
• Must be able to work most holidays.
• Provide exceptional guest service as you assist in day-to-day store operations
• Ensure that guests have the best shopping experience
• Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits and availability; engage with consumers to understand their needs and preferences (e.g., demonstrate and explain merchandise, make suggestions on suitable options for consumers etc.).
• Able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings is a must
• Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate product features
• Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff
• Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the Sales Associate is frequently required to stand and walk.
The Sales Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
