Responsibilities

Position responsibilities include:

• Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management
• Sound Technical Design background
• Excellent communication and organizational Skills
• Project client interface
• Financial management of projects
• Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
• Assisting in the development of the engineering staff
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
• Related local experience preferred

Qualifications

• PE in Texas, or ability to be registered in Texas BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
• 8 years of relevant project experience (8-12 years of experience strongly preferred)
• Experience managing civil/site development projects
• Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects
• Sound technical design background
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
• Related local experience preferred
