Walt’s American Grille & Bar in Boca Raton, FL is looking for a Part Time Front of House Supervisor Monday through Thursday from 3pm to close. We are currently searching for candidates with past supervisor experience and seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a team-oriented restaurant environment.

Essential Duties and Responsiblities:
Manage Front of House team members which includes Bartenders, Servers, Host and Server Assistants.
Specific duties and tasks:

Close Restaurant Monday through Thursday.

Responsible for Server, Bar and SA Cash Outs.

Reconcile the Safe Nightly.

Fill out End of Night Cashbox log and Tip Tracking Spreadsheet Accurately.

Misc responsibilities:
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure when busy with our server assistants, chefs, servers and other staff members.
Able to perform high-quality work while being unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a POS system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Additional duties as assigned by management team.
