POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all daily clerical responsibilities for Cover department. Job duties will be conducted on 1^st shift in the Marceline, Missouri manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Update Oracle HR and Paycom systems for attendance of permanent and temporary employees.
• Act as a liaison with the Human Resources Department by securing paperwork pertaining to FMLA, special provisions, funeral leave, and leave of absence (medical and personal).
• Maintain DNR, OSHA and Quality records for Covers.
• Assist with identifying and resolving shop floor error reports in cooperation with Cost Accounting.
• Update and distribute departmental unit reports pertaining to Safety and Quality.
• Proficient use of standard office equipment such as computer, calculator, telephone, fax machine, photocopier etc. Understand company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office environment is a plus, but not required.
• Able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Communicate effective and professionally (both verbally and in writing) with others inside and outside the organization.
• Requires a very high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend schedules during peak production periods.
• Must be able to distinguish color.
• Able to lift 20lbs.
