Description :

Do you have experience with customer support with a technical product? If so, this job may be the perfect fit for you! Our client is currently seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email related to technical aspects of products.
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot product issues and execute field troubleshooting prosses to determine if a replacement is needed.
  • Manage the claim data entry process and coordinate with customers the execution of the return process.
  • Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and product engineering, to support technical evaluations for hardware returned.
  • Generate all configuration files.
  • Capture customer feedback on product performance and provide input to product development team.

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of previous experience with customer support with a technical product.
  • Ability to travel (less than 5% of the time)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills
