The Crew Leader is responsible for providing Walpole Outdoors’ clients with a quality installation and an excellent customer experience. They are to be professional, a good communicator, and work with a sense of urgency.
Compensation $30-$35 / hour
Job Duties
· Communicate project details and installation process to customers
o These details include daily start and end times, estimated completion date, payment terms, etc.
· Provide quality installation and service of Walpole products
- Manage the installation crew with a positive attitude and clear directions
· Problem solve and carry out solutions to issues that are equitable to the customer and Walpole Outdoors
· Maintain vehicle and equipment
Skills and Qualifications
· Installation and construction capabilities
· Excellent Communication Skills with a customer focus
· Reliable/Can-do attitude and positive outlook
· High level of integrity and trustworthiness
· Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings
· Proficiency in the use of light construction equipment and hand tools as well as the ability to navigate a tablet device
Summary
Our Installation Technicians are responsible for the delivery, construction and installation of premium fences, pergolas, mailbox and lantern posts, playsets, and other outdoor structures. This entry level position will work directly with the Installation Foreman to ensure successful construction of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties
· Serve as a member of the construction team to deliver premium quality products and services to our customers
· Assemble and install outdoor products and structures, respectful of our customer’s environment.
· Follow assembly and installation plans and instruction from the Installation Site Supervisor
· Maintain Walpole Outdoors quality standards
· Keep a clean and organized work environment
- Inventory and maintain jobsite tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines
Compensation starting at $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
