We are currently looking for an ambitious Property/Leasing Coordinator. Great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about real estate investments. The Leasing Coordinator is the property’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community while touring apartment homes, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants. (Applications, Lease, Account set up, etc)
• Always demonstrate the highest customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and current client history. (Lease renewals)
• Assist with move outs and unit turnovers as well as coordination of maintenance staff where needed.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides follow-through and assistance to Property Manager and support groups in coordinating the on-going maintenance of the property as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• English and Spanish speaking highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
