Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Provides customer service by handling and responding to communications from customers (for example, phone, radio, in-person); developing
solutions to accommodate requests and feedback; assisting customers with special requirements; negotiating fuel prices; controlling access to the
ramp area; coordinating vehicle escorts with security team; and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas.
Coordinates ground support by serving as point-of-communication for personnel (for example, crew, line service technicians, flight operations
coordination); ensuring completion of orders according to specifications; determining hangar access and availability; arranging services for after-hours
requests; ensuring fulfillment of ground services (for example, lavatory, ground power unit services, de-icing); and preparing service request
documents.
Manages and maintains records and generates reports (for example, daily, weekly, monthly) by ensuring accuracy of records; reconciling and logging
fuel tickets for internal and external customers; filing invoices; balancing bank statements and cash drawers; monitoring and maintaining inventory;
entering and documenting customer information and reservations; distributing mail; procuring customer payments; and recording fuel delivery
information.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;
and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other
business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and
recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
