Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients, assisting with their insurance needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the overall success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and quotes to clients
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive client support
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support agency operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
