CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN
Position Type: Part-Time
Location: Greenville, Michigan
Reports to: Sales Manager
Mission
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Team to accommodate daily customer requests
  • Monthly task completion of sales reporting
  • Process paperwork for incoming orders and material shipments
  • Miscellaneous projects and tasks
  • Office organization for record keeping
  • General customer service (answering phone calls)
  • Learning technical skills related to the industry.
Required Skills
  • Perusing post high school degree in administration, marketing, communications, or a business-related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivation
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
