Stock 2 Team Lead is an onsite position at the store providing leadership to the Stock 2 team. This team unloads trucks, sorts and separates merchandise, stocks merchandise onto shelves, and pulls pallets to set up for the overnight stocking team. Team Lead responsibilities include:

• Manage staffing/scheduling--including hiring and firing as needed--for a large team, over 20 associates
• Monitor associate productivity, team performance against targets using tools and reporting available
• Communicate goals and motivate associates to reach them
• Conduct courageous conversations with associates to redirect as needed
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems and remain adaptable
• Collaborate with store leaders and peers across the store to ensure plans are in place to serve customers well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
