** Inventory/Order Entry Clerk**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Inventory & Lens Order Entry Clerk** for our fast-paced optical laboratory in **Brooklyn Park, MN**. This is an excellent opportunity to join our TEAMWe are the #1 independent optical wholesaler in the U.S.! ***Salary: Minimum hourly rate $15.00***

Job Summary

**1st Shift - Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of material orders and product selection for optical laboratory Rx & stock orders.

Duties

* Timely and accurate keying of lens orders into computer for electronic transmission to vendors.

* Retrieve / put away product inventory for Rx / stock processing.

* Access and interpret reports within software program respective to inventory levels, purchase orders, fill rates, et.al

* Perform cycle counts and periodic inventory.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

* High School diploma, GED or equivalent

* 2 yrs. work experience commensurate with position requirements

* Must be highly detail-oriented

* Ability to meet and maintain deadlines

* Good organizational and communication skills

* Basic PC/keyboard skills required

* General Ophthalmic knowledge preferred, but not required

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
