Our ever-growing company is looking for a Backhoe Operator for our Concrete & Plumbing Division to join our Team.

Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Weekly hours vary and can include overtime and weekends. Candidate will be working out of our Gilbert Location.

Overview of Duties

• Be able to interpret stakes and signed on land for excavation
• Must follow policies and procedures to safely dig
• Responsibility for the safety of coworkers while equipment operation is being performed
• Follow OSHA and DOT regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on truck and equipment
• Operate equipment with professionalism and care
• Duties require initiative and independent judgment in the care and operation of complex heavy construction equipment, as well as mechanical aptitude and skillful coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements

Experience/Requirements

• Extensive experience in residential excavation, concrete and plumbing
• Backhoe Operator individual must possess a current CDL
• CDL must be in good standing with a clean driving record
• Be able to endure physical labor in Arizona’s year-round weather
• Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical
• Individual will be subject to random DOT drug tests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.43 - $27.01 per hour

• Home daily
• Monday to Friday
