WalkerHealthcareIT is seeking a Clinical Director for a healthcare client located in Michigan. This is a hybrid contract opportunity. Applicants must be local to West Michigan.

Responsibility, authority, and accountability for direction and leadership the Long Term Care services at Pine Ridge. Provide strategic planning for developing, implementing, analyzing assigned responsibilities.
Clinical Director Essential Functions
- Maintain responsibility for operational leadership. Direct the activities of management, professional, technical and clerical personnel. Organize administrative activities that involve strategic planning, new programs productivity to ensure high quality cost-effective care is provided at Hospital
- Develop, implement, coordinate and monitor departmental programs, including quality assurance activities. Assure compliance with all State, Federal rules and regulations.
- Responsible for providing staff and assigned departments development. Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the philosophy of Eden Alternative within the organization.
- Establish and maintain open, professional and positive communication in all aspects of job performances.
- 5 years of relevant experience in the health care setting with demonstrated, creative and innovated clinical and business leadership ability required
- 5 years of relevant experience of progressive management experience Required
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree
