· Responsible for cashing guests out, giving correct change, and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.
· Responsible for accurately counting and maintaining assigned funds to include conducting exchanges of marketing or gaming instruments throughout the shift.
· Verify and document personal identification information as required for check and cash advance transactions.
· Complete CTRs and MTLs as they relate to the Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act.
· Responsible for providing excellent internal and external guest service. Ensure that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
· Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
· Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
· Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
