Duties

• Manage the monthly closing procedure in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards, overseeing the completion of all necessary journal entries and conducting an analytical assessment of financial statements
• Reconciling accounts as well as resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities on a timely basis
• Analyze account trends and perform variance analysis to ensure the accuracy and to identify core drivers of the business
• Development and analysis of KPIs
• Presenting financials to executive team and investors
• Maintenance of the company’s financial projections model
• Development of the company financial budget

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in healthcare accounting/controller role
• Strong understanding of operational finance and US GAAP
• Experience with management services organizations (MSOs)
• Multi-unit expansion/growth experience
• Experience working in a high growth environment

The ideal candidate will be organized and able to multitask in a busy setting. Experience in healthcare is required, and experience with multi-site medical is required.
