Review daily reports and work with lending officers to eliminate documentation exceptions and to recognize potential problems with loans.

Update General Ledger system daily for new Direct and Indirect Installment Loans with customer information.

Direct walk-in customers and inform Officers of those needing assistance.

Prepare daily loan packet for morning Consumer Loan meeting.

Review, prepare and mail new loan welcome letters.

Process payments and prepared other file maintenance to all systems. Be able to accept cash payments and process accordingly.

Quote and process loan payoff requests.

Fax, copy and verify accuracy of various documents (i.e. legal descriptions, title applications, and notice of liens).

Process Payments by Phone.

Sort, open and distribute incoming mail.

Balance Cash Drawer and maintain the teller system (Encore) for the lending department. This includes being the liaison between Jefferson Bank's Head Teller and the Lending Department to ensure compliance with procedures, polies and regulations.

Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.

Provide secretarial support to the Loan Officers, including phone coverage, mail, and correspondence to borrowers, participant banks, and Bank management as needed.

Support loan staff in the completion of loan operation duties in times of absence. Primarily serve as backup for loan operations staff.

Assist other loan support staff in the completion of their duties in times of unusual activity.

Mail forms and correspondence.

Effective communication between all lending personnel, borrowers, regulators, auditors, outside agencies (other Financial institutions, Repo Agencies, Collection Agencies), Compliance Officer and Accounting Department to assure adequate and proper procedures, payment application, system coding and compliance.

Contribute to the effort of the Bank by performing other duties as assigned.
