Manager Requirements

● Must have 2 years of recent restaurant management experience

● Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

● Must have reliable transportation

● Must have a great attitude and the ability to learn quickly

● Must have familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools

● Must have proven leadership skills

● Must be able to coach, train, discipline, and hold staff accountable
