Description

Job Summary: Maintain and operate Digital High Speed Copier Equipment utilizing a personal computer (PC) to process jobs and download and manipulate customer files through a variety of applications. Will also be responsible for maintaining online storefront and associated apps. Must be self-motivated, results oriented, able to multitask.

Duties:

• Operate digital inkjet printer and equipment to produce finished products.
• Build upon existing E-Commerce site: Grow Brand, increase visibility; expand Product offerings.
• Assist with artwork templates for proper print layout.
• Manage orders in existing ERP system & maintain management level reporting.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma.
• Experience in digital printing, graphic arts & production environment preferred but not required.
• A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in use of computers and ability to learn software quickly.
• Attention to detail critical to create a custom quality product.
• Follow SOP’s and customer’s quality standards & use various file types (PDF, Jpeg, and PNG).
• Able to work independently as well as be part of a team for success.
• Prompt and focused on great customer service in fulfilling orders.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills & use of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of using social media and internet, a plus.

• Ability to perform the following activities:
• Ability to lift, carry up to 50 Lbs.
